MEET YOUR TEAM
Becky Noss - Founder
Hi, I'm Becky, founder of Healthy Wealth. I was raised in Virginia and hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Virginia Tech, complemented by a Master of Science in Math Education from Radford University. My professional journey began with tutoring and teaching mathematics, followed by a tenure with the SFL-TAP program, culminating in the discovery of my true calling in financial advising.
Additional education through the American College of Financial Services, coupled with years of financial planning experience tailored to military personnel, led to the attainment of the CFP®, ChFC®, and MQFP® designations, which I maintain in good standing. Throughout this journey, I have had the privilege of assisting numerous soldiers, sailors, airmen, marines, and veterans to navigate the complexities of maximizing long-term tax efficiency, securing retirement, harnessing benefits to achieve life goals, and attaining financial peace of mind. Subsequently, I made the decision to embark on an entrepreneurial venture, founding Healthy Wealth LLC.
While my expertise lies in financial planning for military members and veterans, my comprehension extends beyond the numbers. Having spent 17 years married to a military physician, I possess an intimate understanding of the nuances of military life. Instead of needing to explain what it means to PCS or go TDY, clients will find instant recognition coupled with compassion and empathy.
My husband and I have two sons, and our family is currently stationed at Carlisle Barracks in Carlisle, PA. Beyond my professional pursuits, I indulge in my passion for reading and have recently achieved a 2nd degree black belt in Shōrin-ryū Shōrinkan karate and kobudo.
Izzy Carnes - Operations
Hi, I’m Izzy Carnes, Director of Client Success and Operations at Healthy Wealth. Born and raised in Okinawa, Japan, I bring a client-first mindset to my role, with a focus on creating a seamless, positive, and personalized experience for every client.
My journey in personal finance began over 20 years ago when I worked as a budget counselor for a military nonprofit organization. I currently hold the Accredited Financial Counselor® (AFC®) and Military Qualified Financial Planner® (MQFP®) designations.
In 2020, I joined a financial planning firm as a paraplanner. Along the way, I unexpectedly discovered that I particularly excelled in back-office team support and Operations, where I could put my strengths and skills to good use. Since then, I have worked alongside multiple financial advisors as an Operations Consultant. In 2026, I made the decision to dedicate my Operations services exclusively to the Healthy Wealth team.
My priority is to help every client feel confident and empowered throughout their financial journey by providing exceptional client experience and fostering a strong, successful relationship between each client and their financial planner.
Outside of work, I’m an avid reader, a passionate home cook (and enthusiastic taste-tester!), and a lifelong learner with a love for languages. I’m currently studying Spanish and American Sign Language (ASL). I also enjoy giving back to my community by providing pro bono financial counseling to several nonprofit organizations.
My husband is a retired Marine, and we’re empty nesters with two miniature schnauzers who run our household!
